A little help, when you need it

Help & support.

Keep your blood-pressure and pulse measurements organized, backed up, and easy to move to a new Android device.

Getting started

Create a profile, record a measurement, and review it in History. Each profile keeps its readings, reminders, and charts separate.

Backups and moving to a new device

Open More > Data & Backup > Encrypted backup and restore. Create a backup with a passphrase of at least 10 characters. The passphrase cannot be recovered.

On the new device, install Pressure Notes, choose Restore from an encrypted backup, enter the passphrase, start the restore, and then select the backup file through Android. After restoring, verify your profiles, readings, Trash, time zones, and reminder settings.

Restored reminders remain disabled until you review them.

Exports and sharing

CSV, XLSX, PDF, and audit ZIP exports are not encrypted unless you select the password-encrypted package option. Store and share exports only with people and services you trust.

Deleting data

Items moved to Trash can be restored for up to 60 days. Selecting Delete forever removes them from the app and cannot be undone. Older encrypted backups and exported files may still contain separate copies and must be deleted separately.
